The context

Gauthier is an experienced entrepreneur.
He has done a lot of e-commerce on Shopify, but never on Amazon.

His goals:

  • Launch his store and brand in the US with a professional product
  • Reach $10,000 revenue the first month
  • Ideally 10% TACOS for the launch

I have a lot of experience in Shopify… but never sold on Amazon


The problem

Gauthier invested heavily in R&D and design. He knew how important it was to have a top-tier listing with strong creative.

But his main concern was making sure his ad strategy was as professional as his product and creative work.

At the same time, he wanted to save time while still clearly understanding what was happening with his PPC.


Implementation with PPC Assist

Gauthier choosed the managed plan so we can handle everything.
Our goal was to make sure we take advantage out of the honey money, to rank fast on the main keywords.

 

  1. We created a 5 campaigns structure with sponsored product (auto, exact, phrase, category and product campaign) with PPCAssist's Launch Assist
  2. Added 6 mores campaigns to fully cover the result page with sponsored brand campaigns (video, store...) and dedicated business campaigns
  3. Applied the Smart Fox strategy with a 10% TACOS goal
  4. Pre-loaded the campaigns with specific keywords and competitors from the brand analytics through PPCAssist's market analysis dashboard.
  5. Automated the bid adjustments actions while keeping the keyword harvesting under control.

 

 


The results

Thanks to the very good listings, creatives and this ad strategy, we got way better results than expected!
