The context

The objective was clear: launch fast and controlled on Amazon using PPC Assist. In this case, growth mattered more than short-term profitability.

The account was managed through PPCAssist Managed, mixing Crocodile Growth on selected products and Smart Fox on others.

We wanted a fast launch. In the first phase, growth mattered more than short-term profitability.


The challenge

Speed without chaos. Build a complete funnel, discover winning queries quickly, and secure early conversion signals, even if the launch phase runs at a loss.


What we did

Launch Assist funnel. Generated Product and Video campaigns automatically, seeded with high-potential market keywords, and deployed a full structure from Auto to Phrase, Exact, ASIN and Category.

Smart Fox rules. Adjusted bids based on real profitability, reinforced top-performing keywords, and reduced spend where ROI was weak.

Search Query Performance. Extracted high-converting terms and pushed them into Exact and Video to accelerate visibility.

Fast creative tests. Produced simple videos with Amazon Video Builder to improve CTR early.

Organic signals. Added coupons and light promotions, plus a review collection plan to stabilize conversion in the first weeks.


The results

In 60 days, the account generated Mex$1.26M in sales with 10.89% TACOS. Over 90 days, it reached Mex$1.66M in sales with 9.59% TACOS. The launch traded profitability for speed, with net revenue down -Mex$123.6k (~$7k) while building volume and visibility.
