The context

Seasonal demand in Home & Garden means the account needs to move fast when volume spikes. The goal was simple: stop plateauing, but mainting profitability.

Video-first structure. Launched new video campaigns from Video to Store and Video to Product, targeted by keywords and ASINs. Rolled out auto video across the full catalog using Amazon Video Builder to test quickly.

Query intelligence. Analyzed Search Query Performance in Brand Analytics, identified the most profitable terms, and reinforced budgets on high-visibility, high-conversion keywords.

Conversion levers. Set up promotions and cart-abandonment offers to lift conversion rate.

Bids, budgets and audiences. Increased bids during seasonality, adjusted budgets based on ROAS, and boosted Amazon audiences with a specific focus on New-to-Brand.

In the last 30 days, the account generated €77.8k in sales with 15.55% TACOS. Over 90 days, it reached €157.6k in sales with 15.87% TACOS, while scaling video coverage and concentrating spend on proven demand.
