The context
Udream is already a strong brand in Mexico. The goal was to expand presence and protect dominance on Amazon by increasing branded visibility and taking share from competitors.
The account is run in-house with PPC Assist using Smart Fox.
We wanted to show up everywhere for our brand and stop competitors from taking space on our keywords.
The challenge
Brand demand was strong, but the objective was to occupy more placements, defend key queries, and stay aggressive on competitor terms without losing control.
What we did
Brand Video. Built brand-focused video campaigns to increase visibility across search results and product pages.
Audience targeting. Segmented ultra-specific queries around brand variations, product intent, usage, and variations.
Competitor pressure. Launched dedicated campaigns targeting the main competitors and positioned aggressively where they were strongest.
The results
In the last 90 days, the account reached Mex$6.08M in sales with 7.66% TACOS and 10.86% ACoS. The brand increased presence across key placements while keeping efficiency under control.
Brand Video changed the visibility. We took more placements and stayed aggressive while keeping performance under control.
