The context
The account was already leading its category. The goal was to consolidate and extend that lead in France and Germany, with maximum visibility on Amazon search.
The challenge
Winning more impressions usually increases CPC and spend. The challenge was to grow dominance without breaking efficiency, and to keep a stable ROAS while protecting the top positions.
What we did
Video to Store. Built video campaigns driving to the Store, aiming for the best placements and full-page visibility across search results.
CPC and impression share control. Reduced CPC on low-performing placements and increased bids only on strategic queries to gain share against competitors without overspending.
Daily bid adjustments. Used the Ads Assistant for daily, performance-based bid tuning to secure top positions.
Crocodile Growth strategy. Kept the focus on growing revenue and strengthen positions.
The results
Higher visibility and a stronger share of impressions on strategic queries, while keeping ROAS stable. The account reinforced its dominant position without losing control of efficiency.
